Each year, we develop an employee activity plan and organize a variety of events during traditional festivals and at designated times to further strengthen team cohesion and boost employee morale. In 2025, the Company successively held a range of employee activities, including the distribution of New Year gift bags, a Dragon Boat Festival garden fair, a basketball league, a sports meet, an online occupational health knowledge contest, a workplace safety knowledge contest, a parent-child carnival, parent-child educational tours, a visit to the anti‑corruption and integrity warning education base, and a Mid‑Autumn Festival “Bo Bing” celebration. We also selected and commended the year’s outstanding employees and teams, and visited employees in need before the Lunar New Year to extend our seasonal greetings and convey the Company’s care and support.

Each year, TPK partners with the Xiamen Central Blood Donation Station to organize blood donation drives, encouraging our colleagues to participate in this loving relay of blood donation with compassion, courage, hope, and strength. We also visit organizations serving disadvantaged groups every year to carry out charitable activities, such as donating daily necessities like rice and cooking oil and providing facility maintenance services. In 2025, during the Company's parent-child carnival, we held a "Charity Sale of Handmade Crafts by People with Disabilities" to support special needs individuals. Through material donations, charity sales, and other forms of assistance, we strive to help vulnerable groups.
