Key Matters and Stakeholders

In response to evolving sustainability practices and indicator trends, the Sustainability Development Committee of TPK Group identified 19 sustainability topics. An online questionnaire was distributed to key stakeholders, yielding 835 valid responses. These responses provided stakeholder assessments of the environmental, social, and governance impacts associated with each topic as they relate to the Company. In parallel, 88 valid responses were collected from senior management regarding the operational impact of each topic. Based on both the stakeholder feedback and internal impact assessments, the Sustainability Development Committee held discussions and determined the material topics for the year. As a result, 9 ESG-related material topics were identified as priority disclosure items for the year. This report outlines the management approach and disclosure content for each of these material topics.

Information Security and Customer Privacy

TPK attaches great importance to information security risk control and protection. It has established “Information Security Management Measures” and follows the international information security management system ISO/IEC 27001 using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. TPK’s Methodology: a) build a multi-layered information security defense, b) regularly perform information security risk assessment operations, c) regularly organize information security professional training and d) continue to strengthen information security management systems and technologies, including pre-event safety precautions, in-event emergency response measures, and post-event recovery operations, to guarantee their adequacy and efficacy. By continuously investing in information security management and technical resources, we enhanced security protection capabilities and strengthen organizational resilience to effectively support the company's ongoing business operations, and the information security protection capabilities and information security resilience can be continuously improved, enabling effective prevention beforehand and accelerating contingency measures when information security incidents occur, reducing their impact on the company's finances and business.

Confidentiality

In order to effectively manage and protect TPK’s competitiveness, TPK has established a business confidentiality protection management system since 2014. Under TPK's "Business Confidentiality Protection Policy", there are "Business Confidentiality Protection Management Measures" to standardize various confidentiality management and control operations, and divide personnel responsibilities from the four major stages of risk assessment, establishment and implementation, supervision and inspection, and review and improvement.
